I am not sure if this is what I needed to fill out. I have read the above. The box that states, "Stressed Out!" that is me. Physically I am an emotional wreak, talk about "brain fog" sometimes I question myself, "Do I have Alzheimer's too?" My husband has Alzheimer's since being diagnosed in 2016...9 years! That's a long time! The past two years, particularly the last year, I have seen a significant decline. I feel I am coping pretty well and am finally getting caregivers in so I can take a break. It's hard to live with someone that I always got feedback from, encouraged me in whatever I did....now he doesn't know I am his wife. …
