It's very daunting, and sometimes challenging to find the right mental health therapist that fits. We hope that this website can give you a sense of who we are and what to expect. We always believe that the key to a successful therapy is finding the right fit for your needs.

We value one's autonomy. We expect us to work together, side by side, in creating clear goals and find effective ways to achieve them.  Our aim is to make sure  you leave our office feeling heard, experience relief, and one step closer to your goal.

Brady

I am deeply rooted in my Christian faith, which guides my compassion and commitment to my clients. However, I believe that therapy is a personal journey, and while my faith influences my work, I do not impose my beliefs on others. I view this work as a calling from Christ, and I trust that healing comes through Him, respecting each individual’s unique path.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, inpatient treatment centers, and private practice, where I have focused on treating trauma, addiction, mood disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, and more severe mental health challenges. I also specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, managing chronic conditions like diabetes, adjusting to new environments, and addressing challenges such as dyslexia.

I draw from a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, each tailored to meet your specific needs, to include: Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
